Phileo Missions Church: PMC is committed to fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20), reaching all people with the gospel, nurturing spiritual maturity, and meeting holistic community needs. This mandate includes caring for vulnerable groups such as widows, orphans, the poor, and street-connected children (James 1:27; Proverbs 19:17; Matthew 25:35–36). Specifically preaching of the gospel of Christ, teaching obedience to Christ, and equipping believers to grow in their walk with God, fellow believers, and the wider community.

Mission Statements
Jinja Connection: JC exists to Rehabilitate, resettle, reintegte into society and support street children and their families via mediation and counseling, relief activities, education , and sometimes medical support.

Principles of Partnership
Both parties agree to operate under the following principles:
Mutual Respect – recognizing the unique mandates of each party.
Autonomy – each party maintains full control over its resources, governance, and leadership structures.
Shared Vision – working together to advance the gospel and holistic community transformation.
Transparency & Accountability – open communication and reporting in joint activities.
Areas of Collaboration
The partnership will include but not be limited to:
Pastoral and Spiritual Support: PMC providing biblical training, discipleship, and pastoral mentorship to enhance the spiritual growth of JC staff, children, and families.
Resource Sharing: Both parties sharing expertise, ministry tools, mentorship, and technical knowledge as mutually agreed.
Community Transformation: Joint programs addressing family strengthening, social development, and holistic care.
Youth Empowerment: Programs that promote spiritual growth, discipleship, and responsible citizenship.
Workshops and Trainings: Co-hosting or participating in seminars and training to strengthen community outreach and impact.
Resource accountability: Both parties shall share resources through their approved leadership structures and mutual agreements from time to time. Each reserves autonomous control over its resources and determines the terms of their use. However, partnerships that are overarching in mission and goal shall be prioritized.
